How do I personalize my order?

Can I see a proof before my order is made?

Yes! If you'd like to see a digital proof before we get started, just request one when you place your order or contact us. We're happy to make sure everything looks exactly the way you want it.

Can I place a bulk order for a team, school, or event?

Absolutely! We love working with schools, teams, and organizations. Contact us for bulk pricing and more information — we'll take great care of you.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

We typically ship within 2-3 business days. Once your order ships, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We offer local delivery to schools and select areas in the Alvin, Friendswood, and Dickinson, TX area. Look for the local delivery option at checkout.

How do I track my order?

If your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way. Keep an eye on your inbox!

What's the difference between DTF transfers and finished apparel?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) transfers are prints that need to be heat-pressed onto a garment — you apply them yourself using a heat press. Finished apparel items come ready to wear with the design already applied.

Do you offer plus sizes?

Yes, we do! If you don't see your size listed, just contact us — The Big Man will personally help you find the right fit.

How do I care for my items?

Custom Apparel: Wash in cold water and tumble dry on low heat to keep your design looking great.
Tumblers & Drinkware: Hand wash only to protect the design and finish.

Policies

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of both the damaged item and the original packaging. We'll file a claim with the carrier and get a replacement sent to you. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed we are unable to make changes or cancellations. Because our products are custom and made to order, production begins quickly. Please review your order carefully before checking out.
