At The Big Man Designs, we put great care into every order. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
All Sales Are Final Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. We encourage you to review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following photos:
- The damaged item
- The original packaging (box, mailer, etc.)
We need photos of both the item and packaging to file a claim with the carrier. Once the claim is processed, we'll send you a replacement.
DTF Transfers & Digital Downloads All sales on DTF transfers and digital downloads are final. No returns or exchanges.
Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll send the correct one at no charge.
